In her video, Megan guides you through a brief morning invigorating flow that will give you energy and optimism. The poses can be done as shown in one sequence, or specific asanas (poses) can be pulled out and done independently. What's most important is to make sure to practice daily, even if for only 5-10 minutes to facilitate your personal evolution and health.
